This lovely well maintained home in Trinity Bellowoods/Little Italy is located on Shaw street between Dundas and College.  There are gardens in the front and back yard with multiple areas for relaxing and entertaining.  The backyard is frequently full of neighbours from either side of the property sharing a beer and a BBQ .  There is a great sense of community with all the area residents.  The happiest resident of this house will be quiet and respectful as we all contribute to the peaceful enjoyment of our private spaces, but also social and happy to share a quick chat on the front porch.  This is not a house of party animals and is not a good fit for revelers coming home loudly at 3 am.  But if you love community and being able to walk to an endless list of restaurants stores and events then this is definitely the house for you.  Check out the tabs at the top and find an application form on the contact page.
